Role Summary:
The Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in driving sales of Emerge’s glass rooms and related outdoor living products. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact through project completion. The Sales Consultant will work closely with clients, designers, and the project team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences for outdoor living spaces.
- Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of Emerge’s glass rooms and other products.
- Provide detailed product information, including customization options, pricing, and installation timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Follow up on leads promptly and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide accurate project quotes.
- Sales Process Management:
- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to final contract signing.
- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to create 2D and 3D visualizations for client presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position Emerge’s offerings.
- Continuously update knowledge of Emerge’s product range, including glass rooms, pergolas, awnings, and other outdoor living solutions.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project statuses using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the project management and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, design, or outdoor living sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to understand and convey technical information related to glass rooms and other outdoor products.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and CRM software.
- A keen eye for design and aesthetics is a plus.
- Requirement: Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Primarily based at Emerge’s office in Sharq, Kuwait City, with frequent site visits to client locations.
- Hours: Full-time position with flexibility required for client meetings and site visits.
